ATH Training Group Ltd offer First Aid courses in Colchester, Essex as well as on site courses for groups throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, London and Kent.
We hold regular Emergency First Aid at Work courses each month along with a full First Aid at Work course, First Aid at Work Re Qualification course and Paediatric First Aid courses.
Our workplace compliant courses meet the requirements for First Aid in the workplace set out by the HSE and our Paediatric First Aid courses fully meet Ofsted requirements. All our First Aid courses include AED (defib) training and comply with 2015 UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines (next update due October 2020).
We use the latest state of the art training equipment including CPR manikins that provide feedback such as the number of compression's performed, the speed they are performed, the depth of the compression's, the release of the chest as well as the amount of oxygen put in per rescue breath. This means that when attending our First Aid courses you can be confident that you leave with both the knowledge but more importantly the confidence that you could act in an emergency situation. We also only use AED trainers which are exactly the same as the live units and a 6 models available to help build confidence in using an AED.

After many years working in the health and fitness industry, I set up ATH Training in 2012. After 5 years of continuously growing the business we bought out Promed Training Ltd based in Colchester in July 2017. Since then we have merged Promed and ATH into ATH Training Group Ltd with Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon branches to date.
I firmly believe in quality training at affordable prices, and as a business we believe that we deliver on both. Our courses are run in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and we ensure all learners are fully engaged in the training. We find this approach of putting an emphasis on having fun whilst learning what could be perceived as a complex subject works well. we ensure delegates leave our courses not only with the knowledge they require, but also the confidence that they could act in an emergency situation.
We are very lucky to have a fantastic team of trainers, who share our passion for First Aid and deliver our courses the ATH way.
